Introduction & Acceptance

Account Registration & Use

2.1 Account Rules
- Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Account information must be truthful and accurate — providing false information will result in the account being closed.
- Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with third parties.
- The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. In the event of unauthorized use, notify 33dm support immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification
33dm may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals are processed. Account activity may be restricted if the required information is not provided.
Age Restrictions
By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 33dm may request valid identification for age verification at any time.
If evidence is found that the platform has been used by a minor, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Parents and guardians also share responsibility for keeping minors away from gaming.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on 33dm is ৳300. The following payment methods can be used to make a deposit:

4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process successfully.
- Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- To withdraw from a bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5 for details).
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, where possible.
- Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
33dm reserves the right to set withdrawal limits and apply additional verification procedures.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on 33dm will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
Example 2: If you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive a maximum of ৳5,000 in bonus — total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is applicable only once per account.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonuses may be cancelled in the event of suspicious activity or a breach of the rules.
- 33dm reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.
- Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms and conditions.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All games on the 33dm platform are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable.
6.1 General Betting Rules
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original bet amount will be refunded.
- A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
- 33dm is not responsible for any losses caused by system errors or technical issues.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with market-specific rules. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 33dm authorities will be considered final.
6.3 Live Casino
Live casino games operated through multiple providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi have specific betting limits per table. The live dealer's decision is final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33dm platform. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Creating multiple accounts for the same individual
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Artificial betting or gameplay to exploit the bonus system
- Hacking or unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems
- Accessing another user's account or stealing their information
- Operating an account with false or fraudulent information
- Misuse of bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence
- Threatening, harassing, or attempting to deceive other users
Account Suspension & Closure
33dm reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms

- At the user's own request to close the account
- Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy
Verified unearned balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud.
8.1 Self-Exclusion
If a user wishes to deactivate their account for a set period on their own initiative, please contact the support team. Creating a new account during the self-exclusion period is not permitted.

12.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between 33dm and the user. If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
